The official app for Pennsylvania TSA's state conference.

Problem
At the state conference, members were confused, overwhelmed, or late. Schedules, rooms, and results were scattered across PDFs, websites, and group chats.
What I did
Pitched it to the adult board, then talked to 50+ members while I built it to find out what they would actually use. I built it myself: a personalized schedule with conflict detection, reminders and notes, a conference map, and schedule sharing.
Result
3,000+ downloads in its first 3 weeks. I collected feedback during and after the conference and I'm rebuilding it as V2 for 2027.
